dcstroker
Recently bought a new air fryer and I must say that I've fallen in love. I've been using it almost every night and quite a few mornings. So far I've done fish, shrimp, chicken, and breakfast sandwiches. The recipes are simple, quick and economical as well as healthy. You use very little oil, I use avocado oil also. There are hundreds of recipes on YouTube, I've barely scratched the surface. The chicken that I've prepared has the crunchiest skin and the juiciest meat that I've ever had. I made coconut shrimp the other night and it cost me 39p for enough shrimp for my wife and I. I could go on and on but I think you can see how excited I've gotten. I've gone from fixing a meal maybe twice a month to almost every night. Any other converts out there?

sm1mex
We have 2 instant pots and an air fryer lid that fits in an instant pot. We use them every night. We bought them from Amazon Mx. they are 6 quart. Also come in 8 quart. We hardly ever cook with gas. 100s of recipes on Google and YouTube.

Cosori is also a good brand, also from Amazon.
sm1mex
Our brand is Instant Pot. Ninja is another brand but I don’t know reviews about it. Our instant pot is excellent. Safe quick release valve is import.
Oatsie
I can't recommend a brand, but get a large one with a square cooker pot. It's difficult to fit 2 grilled cheese sandwiches in a round pot.
Tingting
Mine is square, too, with 3 trays. Most times, I don't bother adding anything other than the food. Once in a blue moon, I'll spray a light touch of coconut oil to keep things as close as possible to the original taste (fried sweet potato...heaven!). Food gets nice and crispy and you really don't miss the oil.
