Jim R
Is anyone having problems with this? I’ve been paying on line for years. First time I had problems both using my card on file and trying to use a new card. Thanks.
Figoush
I had been using my Canadian credit card for several years too. Input the info, receive the code texted by Visa and Bob’s your Uncle. As of the last 4 months or so, I no longer get the text code. A call to the bank confirms that there is no request for payment from Telmex. Same credit card, password etc. No idea what changed. Yo1
I can't get either of my two US cc's to work.
Jim R
I’ve tried one credit card and two debit cards. All Mexican
chapalence
Consider this. Telmex uses the same crappy internet we have all endured for far too long... Telmex. It's pretty clear that the connections to the banks they need to get approvals from are either slow or non-existent. Much like the way we have to wait when Telmex is down, Telmex has to wait when Telmex is down. Give it a couple of days.
dvinton
I've been paying, automatically, my Telmex bill with a US credit card for over a year.
