SIMAPA website problem

You have to register your bill using information from last year's bill. The trick is the site asks for the factura number which is not identified as such in their rendition of a bill. You need last year's receipt to complete this process.

The factura number is 7 digit number on the 3rd line under the word UNICO.  The middle section shows the type of service and the 2 numbers separated by a dash that make up the data needed in the first 2 boxes. 

There is nothing due at the moment since the 2023 numbers have not been loaded. Hopefully once loaded we can pay by credit card online instead of standing in line with cash.

Toma on the bill registration page is prefilled to 01 and worked for me on 2 different bills. No idea what it means or if it is printed on last year's receipt. 

One of my bills was HG and the other HA under the type of service selection. That value is on the receipt.

Now that the account is set up all that is visible is last year's bill with a zero balance due. It has a pay online button but at least as of today there is nothing to pay.

One step closer but it appears the payment process is still in person only, unless you want to call to get the amount due, pay that amount to their account at BBVA and then scan and email the receipt hoping they match the payment to your account.
