Ollie
Hi, first I would like to thank every body commented on my last post. I was told that I cannot apply for temporary residency while I am in Mexico, we decided to exit Mexico to Laredo Texas and apply for the residency there, does any one knows of a good immigration attorneys that help with with the process there? Thank you for your help and advice. Ollie
Mostlylost
It is a pretty simple process at any consulate in the US. Mago's Office in downtown Chapala has been doing this for many years as well as IMSS, and US visa applications. 376 765 4475
RickS
It's unclear to me, but me thinks that the OP might already have exited Mexico. But clearly asked for a contact 'there/Laredo".
Ferret
Mostlylost should also have said "any MEXICAN consulate" ...

Maybe they might make an appointment with a French or Chinese consulate by mistake?

But if they are already in Laredo with no consular appointment and waiting for information from a Chapala web board for a Laredo immigration attorney instead of using a phone directory they have a lot of time to burn....
Ferret
Exactly. At the risk of being very rude, some people need things printed out in block letters.
Mostlylost
Fortunately they specified going to Laredo to do the process and there is only one country with a consulate in Laredo. So block letters stating Mexican would not be necessary for any people
