I went to Brunos tonight Sunday at 4pm, I order BBQ Rib dinner they told me they would not have them till 7 oclock, So as I do not eat that late I went to Membrillo, and had the best Calamari in Ajijic, I ordered ribs, They were as good or better than Brunos, they give so many I took most home for another meal or two,and they always have them, so I will go there more often Because it is only 2 blocks from my Casa, Also their Margaritas are one of the better ones Lakeside..

Rumor has it that the temporary location is doing so well Bruno's may keep it as a second location. We'll be there Oct 31st.

All construction has stopped at Centro location, guess it will not be open soon...Rosemary's has great ribs and alot of good food so have been going there regular

They have totally gutted the place, also took out front window now a solid brick wall, looks like the grill is going to be in back, Hope fully it will be open by Easter..

I heard word from the owner that they are not going to move in, building is going to be for rent or for sale soon,,,

Kelton has announced that they are not going to open Ajijic restaurant, but stay out west of Ajijic...

Owner of Bruno's restaurant name is Kelton.  Son of Vicky and grandson of Bruno.

I have not been to the West Ajijic location, but I assume you have to walk down some stairs to the entrance.  Is there an alternate parking area so I can avoid stairs.  My knees are not so great anymore.

My understanding:    Bruno's west Ajijic restaurant location is at 801B Prolongacion Ocampo. That is La Canacinta. There is basically no parking except ON the shoulder of the Carretera (where one must walk a bit and then down some steps to get in) OR on Prolongacion Ocampo which is a short block off the Carretera.  THAT street is VERY narrow there which only allows parking on one side of the street AND there are other houses there with no garages. On a good day no more that a couple of other cars could park on Prolongacion without impeding traffic flow on that street.

Unfortunately I do not think so. I do not care for the new ocation and wish they were back in this area also. I very rarely go there now.
