I have gone to their website sent email for an appointment no response, plus no luck calling the number they list for appointments also. Is anyone else having these problems? I know there is a Town Hall soon of course I will be there. I just don't want to compete with so many others. I would like to just have questions answered. Brian Dalziel Posted October 17, 2022 Report Share Posted October 17, 2022 I have always received a prompt response by sending an email inquiry to: fbu.guadalajara@ssa.gov It is no longer possible to contact the Federal Benefits Unit in Guadalajara by telephone.
