cookj5
I have been having a problem with my Motorola smart phone (moto g(7)). I buy time from Telcel two months at a time. For about a month, everything works OK. Then, suddenly, when I try to make a call, I get a screen message "call ended" shortly after I dial and the phone will not make any further outgoing calls, giving the same "call ended" screen message. However, other functions on the phone continue to operate properly. I have had to take the phone into a Telcel office repeatedly. They do some sort of magic on it, which they have never been able to explain coherently to me, and the phone then works fine until it's time to buy more time. At one point, the Telcel office insisted that the problem was a weak/faulty antenna. I finally had them replace it, but, once again, the same problem re-occurs. I only use my phone as an emergency device and keep it turned off other than to make an outgoing call or to occasionally check my emails or look something up on Google while I am out and about. Has anyone else had a similar problem and, if so, did you come up with a solution? Does anyone have any suggestions about a reliable cell phone repair service that I can consult on such problems? johanson
I'm guessing here. But if this happens every 30 days after payment or adjustment that your phone or Telcel has given you 30 days of time not 60. This is just a guess.
