elrich Posted October 10, 2022 Report Share Posted October 10, 2022 Is anybody having problems with TotalPlay TV in Ribera. The customer service tells me there's a problem in the area. And they are working on it. Television only, has been off and on for about four days. When the TV picture returns some stations are okay but most have that sun spot afeck. Yes... customer service said "in the area"... and poor young man was falling all over himself apologizing. Later was OK. Didn't watch Sunday but this morning (news) there was perfect sound but picture only 30% of the time.... rest was anything from almost totally light grey screen to some blurry fuzzy images back and forth. EldonNova Posted October 11, 2022 Report Share Posted October 11, 2022 Ours went down last week for the first time since we contracted with them. We called and they said they would send someone out. Low and behold, a couple of hours later a tech person from TotalPlay showed up. Apparently there was a problem with trees and wires down our street.
