Yes, of course. That is a fact. Landlords are also terrible at doing what the lease states, so therein the comment that they are pretty useless . I have known so many people with landlord problems and they end up having to move, and sometimes multiple times because of all the aggravation. Mexico is the Wild West, you can forget about getting any help in the courts, IMO of course. If you do sign a lease, make sure there is or you put in it that in the case of litigation, the prevailing party shall recover his reasonable attorney fees.
