I believe that business and the office supply store are run by family members of the lady who ran Maquina. After she closed, she just sold pastries out of the shop downstairs (run by her mother, I believe). The building (and I think the train decorations) is owned by another relative. Note that I may have my facts all messed up, but there is some connection between the 3 businesses, so they might know how to put you in touch.
