My dear friend (Canadian) is there now trying to assist a friend who is suffering from some pretty serious health issues. She and I have had tremendous difficulty with communication using her iPhone and iPad the last few weeks. The service has been spotty and quite unreliable. This wasn't the problem when she arrived so it seems that whatever issues are happening there do have something to do with this current problem. Hopefully it will all be resolved quickly and fully.
