Driving to the Ocotlan auto testing

I have looked at all the maps and I have a general idea where the facility is located.  What I cannot figure out is where I make the left turn off of highway 35 to get to the facility on Hidalgo.  If you have already done this please help a lost sole.

The testing center is directly to your left from Highway 35. Hidalgo appears to be the lateral.

When you see the station. The map shows it ON the highway.

Chapalence, have you been to Ocotlan?  To the station?  I would like to hear from someone who actually done this.

It is not on Highway 35.  It on on Hidalgo which is off of 35. 

When you enter Ocotlan and cross the river, continuing on Highway 35 is the exit marked name/number where you turn?

went there a couple weeks back. The Verification Center is on the East side of the highway. It is far enough outside Ocotlan proper that there is no lateral on that side of the road, so you just make a left turn directly in to the entrance. Here is a screen shot:
