cedros
My doctor has suggested that a physiotherapist may help deal with neuropathy in my lower legs. Can anyone recommend a good one?

HoneyBee
I used Erick at cell # 3331578826. He is based in San Antonio but mainly does house calls for around $ 600 pesos. He is also licensed to do acupuncture and electro stimulation and it fixed a hip joint pain I had. And he is fluent in English.
cedros
Thanks, I will try Jorge first as I have had some private recommendations for him and I know where his office is.
bmh
What I like about Jorge is that he actually develops a program and gives you pictures of the exercises you need to do , most others do not so you forget what you are supposed to do by the time you get home..
sm1mex
Once Jorge has taken you to the limit he can help you he will discharge you and not keep you coming back and will give you a plan to follow.
mexijims1
Dra Justina because if your body is weak from post-surgery or other things, Jorge may be way too strenuous on you ! I know because I have used both for long periods. Dra Justina also will have a limit on how long she treats you !

That won't work, when after Jorge is done, and to save you money and continue treatment he produces a large booklet with fotos and directions for all the machines he wants you to use at the gym to continue your rehab. I speak from experience. He even arranged a long term monthly discount for me at the gym
MtnMama
I don't want to be a nag, but not one of you provided Jorge's phone number. Just a rather vague location...

I wasn't referring to Jorge, but to what bmh had said about other physios not giving you what Jorge does, so one would tend to forget what they were told to do. sm1mex
Wow. Didn’t know that about Jorge but he practiced in the US several years. He will do his rehab plan according to how the person is progressing. He will rehab you at your ability and discharge you when you have reach max help from him. Then a home exercise recovery plan in writing.
mexijims1
He is also pretty expensive compared to other very good PT's here, at least the two I know of. And not always the case in the saying, "you get what you pay for !"
