Where to buy decent cooking hamburger locally

Not for like grilling burgers, for like cooking in casseroles and the like.  The burger meat at WalMart used to suffice but they have really downgraded the quality.  Tried El Torito and it seemed to have some bone in it.

Where are you finding good burger meat both for cooking in casseroles as noted and for grilling burgers?

Thanks

I don't know about butchers close to you but Tony's, just west of SuperLake, will take any round steak, cut the fat off it and then mix the fat according to the percent ratio you want... 100% lean is kinda dry but 85% is perfect for most things like burgers, spaghetti sauce, lasagna etc. I totally agree with your assessment of Walmart's ground beef. It all seems to be the same now no matter what the price and it's all a mushy mess.
