Cedros, if you are using web site they will charge you for it. If you are using a android phone open all your apps and find the Google play store, then in the search bar type in Arrivecan and download it, then open it up. You will then have an option to register your account, email and create a password, a verification screen will pop up, Arrivecan will send you the verification code to your registered email, enter this code amd you should be good to go.

You make it sound so easy but it isn't. You have to upload your picture then follw their commands-like touch your nose, smile etc. to prove it is you. It is too complicated for me. They assume everyone has an i phone but I have an Android.

No, they don't. There is an app for iphones and one for androids. And unless they have changed things  since I used the app on my android this August, it was easy to install, and I wasn't asked to upload a photo, touch my nose or anything like that.

I went to Govt. of Canada travel info page, clicked on their link there for ArriveCanada and had no issues with it at all.

I will try your suggestion. I have been given much more complicated instructions.

I tried that but the last sentence does not work-it keeps cycling back and forth from sign in or create an account. I thinkI must already have registered. I get error 1 when I click on the eye. So I must have signed in under a differnet password in the past? So it say reset your password and it sends a 6 digit numer to my email . It says to enter this number on the verification page . Where is that? I seem to be stuck.

Before you do any of that you have to register with BC Health Gateway.

I have received several verification codes but I could not find anywhere to use them.

I have seen an issue with trying to upload the vaccine proofs as a PDF file.     As soon as I changed it to an image file  (screenshot or equivalent) and used that instead, it worked right away.

My niece in Vancouver did all that for me.
