Telmex wifi out again

Phil, as you know, I live where you live.  We did not have internet and we were unable to make any calls from our landline.  I called 800123222 and reported the problem immediately.  They told me it was scheduled service and it would take several hours before it was completed.  I asked them why didn't they alert anyone about this as they have our cell numbers and some people have an online account.  The response was "silence" from them.  The good news - we have total service today.  Maybe not tomorrow...!
