Stephen White
Would be nice to get a bit more before the dry really kicks in.
Bisbee Gal
Could be most interesting one of this season.

Stream
Was just going to post a warning so people could prepare. Looks like Monday evening. All depends on how the mountains take water and wind out of the storm but we never know. https://www.cyclostorm.com/
Mainecoons
They will take a lot out and the heaviest rain will be on the eastern side of the path, good for the lake as it will fall on our watershed. How much arrives here depends greatly on how fast the storm moves north once it hits land.
Ferret
I'm more worried about the wind than the rain and will make sure all my rechargeables are ready for action. Forty miles/hour, as seen on Ajijic Weather 10 day forecast, is a stiff breeze. Scroll to the bottom for wind. Ferret
The winds are all over the place in their predictions and have changed today, for the same time frame predicted Monday, from thirty to forty to now ten miles per hour. We'll get what we get and I guess it depends on what category of hurricane hits the coast.
Mainecoons
New projected path has the center moving just to the west of us. Generally the rain and wind are heaviest on the east side of a tropical system.
Mainecoons
I might add we were talking with other longer term residents and none of us could remember a year with more cloudiness than this one. Our solar panels are not keeping up with usage because of it.
Ferret
We are feeling the outer effects of Hurricane Rick at this moment. Drizzle and a little wind. Hurricane Rick has made landfall but it is a small hurricane. Fun watching the wind gauge on Ajijic Weather - Home
Mainecoons
Let's bag the politics please. Onshore now and pushing rain north. Almost looks like it will dissipate somewhere to the east of us. Could put some good rains on the watershed of the lake. Strange, the forecast for this area on El Informador calls for more rain showers next weekend. This is turning into a very long and cloudy rainy season.
