Fred Habacht
It had been many months since I visited the Jocotepec Thursday Market and here are my views and findings: Most of the fresh food and fruit vendors have stopped coming, no gift ware stands are left, no watch or clock repair tables, no pet supplies at all and fewer new clothing tables/booths ...the market space has shrunk by ⅓ and the spaces for mini-bazaars have increased. The used clothing booths now comprise at least half the spaces. Parking is easier as traffic is much lighter. I doubt that I will return. Your opinions may differ.

Fred Habacht
I did ask and one man that I know well said that there is very little money available now and used clothing seems to be the only item that draws a crowd....and those prices are low!
