mexicoblue
Can I put my Mexican home in a US Living Trust? What is required? How about Mexican Bank Accounts?
pedro malo
I can't say with absolute certainty but I doubt it. How do you enforce a US document in Mexico? A Mexican Will might be better suited?

RickS
My recommendation is this: NEVER ask such an important question on a social media venue such as this. And secondly, don't listen to any answers if you do! 2
Zeb
I am not a lawyer, but did look into that and this is what I learned. US has no jurisdiction in Mexico and vice versa, so US assets go into US Trust and Mexican assets handled with Mexican Will. I don't know anything about Mexican trusts, do not now if there is any benefit to creating this entity. Suggest you get Notario advice for Mexican assets. Should have been "do not know".
