Rony's or Eden's Chocolates???

A year or two ago Rony handed off his biz to Eden Chocolates; he taught them his recipes and they produced the same bars (packaging identical other than name on tag).

About 4 or 5 months ago these same bars were again being sold under Rony's old label.

But for the past 2 months I haven't seen them at El Granero where I have bought weekly since 2017.  When I asked their staff about these chocolates they said that Rony had moved back to Belgium (please say it ain't so!).  fyi, I sent him a PM in June but didn't get a response.

Has anyone seen either Rony's or Eden's chocolates in the past month or two---if so, where?

Gracias in advance.

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply.  I havent been on this webboard for quite a while.

First of all, thank you for having bought my chocolate, for all these years ( to you, and everybody else ) !

Yes, I moved back to Belgium, almost 2 months ago, but in meanwhile, there is a lady, called Elena, doing the chocolate.  By now, she should have them back at El Granero ( same style of chocolate ) in Ajijic.

A big hug to you all.

Rony

Good to know.

Elena might still be doing some testing ( tempering chocolate is a tricky thing and takes time to learn ).  Adriana ( from El Granero ) might know more
