Mainecoons Posted March 17, 2021 Report Share Posted March 17, 2021 At the risk of getting slammed, I would like to suggest it would be better for the expat community, which has proven quite effective in protecting themselves from covid, to let the Mexican community who have to be out there working or are living in larger family groups, to get the first few rounds of vaccinations. ibarra Posted March 17, 2021 Report Share Posted March 17, 2021 Who knows how those of us that do not want Sinovac (I know there are pros and cons to all of the vaccines) will actually be able to get a vaccine locally. Time will tell. However, for the two of us, we are willing to wait for ''the next phase'' to get an injection. The next phase may be those over 60 wait in line with those under 60 for injections. No government, including Mexico, will be allowed to have any vaccines sold privately in their countries until October according to the United Nations. You will have to wait until then.
