Susan111
Hi everyone, I ordered some bottles of nasal spray shipped into Mexico, via Fedex, which was stopped at customs. The agent told me because they can't identify the contents, I needed to hire a customs broker to fill out an application to have the bottles cleared. If you have any experience with something like this, or could recommend a broker, I would love to here. Thank you so much, Susan
Sonia
There is little chance of it clearing Aduana.

Yo1
A broker would be very expensive and probably not worth it.
RVGRINGO
You can probably find it locally. Look at the generic name and ask your farmacia for it, or to order it for you. There is no way for you, as an idividual, to succeed in getting reliable delivery from outside of Mexico at any reasonable price.
Mostlylost
This was already discussed on the Ajijic thread. OP is hoping for a different answer. Was already told product available at farmacia Cristina on the shelf. OP doesn't want to understand that you need a permit to import medicine or medical devices. Sonia
The problem with anything medically related including medicines, sprays, vitamins, etc is they are held up at Aduana. What they want is clearance through COFEPRIS which is kin to the FDA and Health Canada. This includes scientific studies etc. For an individual it is impossible.
