Does this mean Chapala driver license office open by appointment now?

Unless something has changed here is what we were told:
You will need to have the following documents Original and Copy (black and white, please) :
*PASSPORT (only where the picture is)
*INMIGRATION CARD (both sides)
*CURP CARD (copy from Internet or if you got it in the INM Office)
*PROOF OF RESIDENCE (utility bill in your name or letter from Presidencia Municipal)
*BLOOD TYPE (only to know it)

The link posted above is, of course, in Spanish. But it has a pretty straightforward interface for how to set up an appointment. Someone I work with went today to renew and was in and out in 20 minutes. He set up the appointment on Sunday for this morning.

Not sure if there is a phone #, and even if there is, I've never had much luck getting a phone call answered at a government office.
