Lexy
Yesterday (saturday) Walmart had removed its restrctions and was selling beer, but not wine. However I saw that the yellow tapes had been removed from the wine shelves. Does anyone know if Walmarts is selling wine today, Sunday? texican
I just left Walmart at 8:15 am and there is NO wine sales.Yellow tape is UP on the Wines. Spoke to the Manager and he said Moy's letter only allowed Beer sales and that they & Soriano's lawyers are getting together to fight this
Lexy
Oh, my. Thanks. Oddly enough, Poncho's has been selling wine, beer and hard liquor all along and has just expanded a space for wine. I was there yesterday (Sunday). I saw lots of wine buyers. Lexy

Lexy Poncho is the nickname for Alfonso and Pancho is the nick for Francisco. Hint, the sign on the store is Pancho's. 1 1
sm1mex
I didn’t know Pancho had hard liquor. I have only seen their wine display.

This is a total abuse of office and probably illegal as all get out.
The DOCTOR
Good news. La Avenida not only is open for liquor, beer, ice and wine sales, but delivers on motorcycle to your home. cell phone: 33 34 63 79 30 Alma usually answers the phone personally and I have never waited more than 20 minutes. Usually less. Know what you want, in Spanish, before calling if you are able. Google translate might be useful. I live in Chapala, so it may take longer since the store is not far from my home.
