Ilox upload

My Ilox is giving me 41down, but 0 up. Any suggestions ?

Try reseting the modem with the pinhole on the back, or the Reset button.

The ILox modem does not have a pinhole in the back. You have to unplug the power source for a few minutes.

Everybody could be right as ILOX has two different modems.

I still only have a handful of iLox customers. I have seen four modems. Newer ones seem to have stronger WiFi. A couple have buttons for a Reset, and they are clearly marked. Since most users have had to go through this with TelMex, I figured they would catch on pretty quickly once they examined the box. But I will update my earlier post. All of them have some physical way to do a factory reset. Restarting by unplugging is a basic reset, and not a full reset. And using that method, a user only needs to wait a few seconds after unplugging... that time is simply to let the electronics and, therefore, the top memory drain and clear it.
