She might be using the Spanish word Hindú, that is an adjective and describes something from the country of India in Asia. bmh Posted October 31, 2019 Report Share Posted October 31, 2019 If the man is sikh the food is probably from northern India and mild in comparaison to other areas.. Also Sikhs can chose or not to be vegetarians so they probably serve some nice lamb, chicken and other dishes... I would think that in that case the worf Hindu means from India rather than represent the religion because if it is an hind restaurant it should be vegetarian .
