Or they ran your card but the transaction would not go through the terminal? I have never had an issue using my US cc there. Last time was a few weeks ago. Talk about my stupidity (actually total loss of short-term memory due to 15+ -years on statin drugs). One one occasion at WM, I asked for $2,000.00 cash back on my MultiVa debit card. Signed and went home. Right! I forgot to take the $2K. Went back to the same cashier, told her I forgot my money. She reached down someplace and without a word gave me the $$. Of course, a few weeks later, I did the same thing. Went back, different cashier, and told the story. I had my receipt and everything. They called the manager who came over, talked to me and then ran the drawer (checked receipts against money in the drawer). This took about 10-minutes. He then gave me the $2K and an apology.
