The food is always very good, the service polite and friendly and efficient. I had the chiles relleno and as usual they were top notch. Prices for shrimp have certainly gone up over the last year, but that's common nowadays. Lovely garden atmosphere, and a large indoor dining area for colder evenings. Phone # is right on Tio Domingo's Facebook page. It shows the # if you search the restaurant online, even if you don't have Facebook like me. Or Google map search...
