I'm currently in an Airbnb, but I'd like to find a place of my own to rent. I'm flexible on dates, but my hard leaving date would be mid-May. I don't need anything luxurious, just a small apartment for one in an area that is close in (I don't have any transportation and prefer to walk everywhere). I'd very much like to have a little kitchen, as I haven't had one for most of my time traveling and I really miss cooking (cheap therapy for me!). I'm clean, respectful, financially secure, and friendly. I speak both Spanish and English and work for myself online. I don't have any pets but I love them. I'm also open to a house/pet sit situation if anyone is seeking someone for that. I can provide a reference from the last gig that I was offered randomly in SMA if needed and I am happy to meet up.
