ea93105
Just in case anyone is still looking, the Pemex in Riberas has gas and almost no lines
Oatsie
We drove to Riberas Pemex around 3.30 PM and police and Pemex staff are not allowing lineups on the side of the Carrettera. They directed us to park on the side street towards the lake. The lineup on that street was 4 - 5 blocks long.
ea93105
oh, that explains what I saw, or didn't see. Sorry !
luvsdawgs
The line goes down one street to the lake, turns right for another block or two to the west and then turns right to go north about four or five blocks to Pemex.
Ferret
Went out at 7:20 to join the line at the Riberas Pemex gas station. And just got home at 8:37. I live two blocks away from it. The line was long but very orderly and organized. Limit is 500 pesos but the attendant was so busy counting his money that I got 600 pesos. Lucky me! I'm full and know from past experience that this will last me about six weeks. Breathing easier now.
Travis
I filled up at La Cristina late this afternoon. 35 minute wait between 5:20-6pm. Returned to Ajijic to find the station a block from my house open. 😀

Mainecoons
I wonder if the Tapatios will suck lakeside dry of gas again this weekend. Last Saturday morning gas everywhere, by Sunday afternoon all gone.
Ferret
And you wonder why I bit the bullet last night?
Metuchenmama
No gas on the libramiento or at the Ajijic Pemex now, 11:05 A.M.
bournemouth
But by 11.45 a huge line had spring up so perhaps gas is arriving.
ComputerGuy
Now that we have anti-social media trolls actually lying about where gas is and isn't, it's getting a little difficult to know. For example, yesterday, various sources were reporting La Canacinta and Joco when there actually wasn't any.

ComputerGuy
As I said, "when there actually wasn't any". How do I know, Kiko? Because I have a friend who's business uses trucks and he sent them all to both locations after the report came in.
Fred Habacht
You are right...we waited for hours until the Joco station went down the line and said no tanker was coming.
