I agree with liquipure.  Rosie's shop on Ocampo  It's a pink and purple building.  She does great work.  She can even make new clothes for you.  For example, if you have an old, worn out pair of shorts, she can make a brand new pair using the old ones as a pattern.  You supply the material (cloth, zippers, etc).  Her prices are very reasonable.

I seem to remember someone saying there was a lady in SAT on Colon who did good work for reasonable prices.  I seem to remember 123 Colon, but you may have to search up and down the street.  There may not be a sign for her place either.

Her name is Maria Esther; 123 Colon in SAT is correct.  Cell is:  333-179-3999

She does great work.
