La Mision Posted November 18, 2016 Report Share Posted November 18, 2016 Chef Julian did his Chamorro last Friday and Saturday and it sold out both days so he is doing his slow oven baked roasted Chamorro with mashed potato and veggies again this weekend, as well he will be offering Stuffed Arracherra plus your choice of sides. In addition to our regular soups he made a delicious Minestrone soup, I had it last night and it was loaded with vegetables and soooo delicious. He wanted to do his pork tenderloin special and will only use Costco pork tenderloin. when Esperanza went to Costco yesterday to get more turkeys and the tenderloin, there was no more tenderloin so we have placed and order for next week.
