We have the fire on for your dining comfort, plus some delicious specials. This evening we will be serving Pork Chamorro with mashed potato, and your choice of organic salad or steamed veggies, second special is Huachinango  i.e. Red Snapper Mexicana style with rice and salad, third is Fettucine Carbonara with bacon, mushrooms, ham, with a white Parmesan and parsley sauce. And we have completed 90% of the holiday decorations just waiting on some new decorations to be finished this week in Guad and will be up next Tuesday. Will get back on Chef's specials later today. The decorations really get you in the spirit.

This Weekends Specials: Friday: Brisket with mashed potatoes, veggies and creamy horse radish. Saturday: BBQ Ribs choice of potato including including sweet or regular fries, salad or coleslaw. Sunday: Penne pasta ala Vodka with chicken cubes, broccoli in salsa rosa.

Chef Julian's Pork Chamorro has proved so popular, and always sells out that he is going to be featuring it again this weekend.

All the decorations are up and we know you will feel the Christmas and Seasonal Spirit when you arrive.

Today Friday Dec. 16 th. Chef Julian's Special is Cream of Roasted Tomtoe Soup and Grilled Salmon with Mango and Apple Salsa with Rice and Veggies.

Saturday same soup with Grilled Arrechera with Mushroom and Bacon Salsa, choice of Potato and Veggies.

Sunday: Cream of Corn Soup, BBQ Ribs with French Fries and Salad.

FYI Chef Julian grills over Mesquite.
