monadog
Is anyone else having constant internet interruptions? It happens every 30 sec. to 2 minutes. It went off 2 times while I was typing this sentence.
lcscats
Helps if you tell folks if you are Telmex DSL or Telecable cable modem service.

ComputerGuy
Try a factory reset on the modem. Insert a paper clip or pen into the tiny hole on the back for 30 seconds or so, until the lights flash oddly. If that doesn't work, you may be suffering from a kind of "brain-damage" that occurs in a lot of the older models of modem, especially the Technicolor brand. Take the modem and its power cable into TelMex and ask for a new modem. Bring your phone bill.
ryanv
We've been having more issues than normal with Telmex DSL here in Villa Nova for the past 4 days, but not on the scale that you're describing. We're "lucky" and have just had a few outages, and higher latencies under minor load.
Alfa
I was having the same problem constantly until I went to Telmex office and got a new modem. Amazing change! Take your old one with the adapter along to trade.
ComputerGuy
If more than one person is reporting an issue like this, it is quite possible TelMex is doing some network work. This always disrupts things.
jrm30655
I think it is something about the old modems. I was getting a reset at least once an hour. Went to Telmex and got one of the new modems and it went away.
rvanparys
We live in Rancho del Oro and experience outage daily around sun up... Everything straightens out around 9am... Maybe that's when the Telmex trolls finish their coffee...
