Oatsie
Go and see Cesar RUBIO, the Manager at O'Rourke Investments (https://www.oafondos.com.mx/) in the lower level of Cenrtro Laguna Mall - facing WalMart - nearest Black Coffee. He speaks perfect English and has had many "Gringo" customers for years.

RVGRINGO
When we moved to Mexico, the exchange rate was 9.5:1 and we did not buy cetes or any other Mexican investment. If we had, what would it be worth today at 18.5:1 exchange, plus interest? Do the math and you will probably choose to keep your money in US banks. Intercasa
Investment people at local banks have no licensing and often fib about security and returns on investment. Be very careful or better yet only invest what you can afford to lose.
