Dear friends, now is time for Jardin de Ninette to be the host in our gastronomic event Sabores de Ajijic. The format will be the same as the previous 3 events, 5 course dinner with paring wines for 500 hundred pesos, each chef will be serving a different dish in a menu designed by the 4 of us

Menu:

1st. course: Sierra firsh marinated in Escabeche by Tabarka

2nd. course: Garlic soup with quail eggs by Jardín de Ninette

3rd. course. Shrimps in chile ancho and quinoa salad by Gossips kitchen.

4th. course: Curry marinanted lamb sushi with 3 sauces by Jardín de Ninette-

Dessert: Pannacota by Alex´s pasta bar.
