My very reliable gas truck man recommended and called Jose Ibarra Lopez. So he's coming over this afternoon. Has anyone had experience with him? Thanks. He rose to the challenge of this second guy being called and fixed it. So Jose Ibarra was cancelled and we won't find out if he's competent.
