Bring your kayak, paddle and life jacket. Arrive 8:30 Am Lunch 9AM should end around 11AM On the beach in front of Maria Isabel restaurant( old Posada) Learn the two kayak rescue, and the three kayak rescue ( the three is what is preferred) Learn heal hook entry (very easy way to get back into kayak) Learn skills to avoid capsizing Learn to kayak in groups of three. Meet others to kayak with in the future. The lake in just a hour, can turn into 3 foot waves with a strong wind. Be prepared to help your buddies in event of a capsize and quickly get them back in the kayak this class is usually 500 pesos, it Free Sept 13 to all kayak owners.
