Telmex internet packages: Same speed regardless of package purchased??

There's been changes to the telecommunication laws effective today.

I notice there's no longer the 399 / 599 / 999 (or whatever) internet packages with progressively higher internet speeds for the more expensive ones.

Now, there's no mention of speed at all!

Anybody know what's the deal now? Do you get the same internet speed regardless of the package purchased?

(I'm primarily interested in the internet speed -- the "unlimited" calls to 045 (long distance) cellphones is nice but not a deal maker or breaker -- I'll put that in a separate posting.)
