We do not want to rent a casita, but a nicely furnished house with a full view of the lake and 2 bedrooms. A gated community would be preferable or a house that is properly secured. Anywhere between, and including: Racquet Club and Chula Vista Norte. A private pool would be nice but not a "must". The musts are: Nice house + View + 2 Bedrooms + security+ phone + WIFI+ Cable. If you are looking for long term tenants please keep us in mind if your property is not rented for those 2 months... sometimes it is better to collect 2 months rent than no rent...
