WideSky
Make sure it is the newer version of your CURP - It has a fancy banner (pink/red) on the top third of the page with your CURP number, your name & a QR code. May also have your picture (depending on when you got your CURP). If you got a COVID vaccine here you should have used the newer CURP version

And, they were in black and white.
barrbower
I have been there twice recently helping others. Both times somebody had an "appointment" and were then directed to the back of the line. So don't go assuming you'll get right in. Don't schedule anything soon after on the same day. Alan
ibarra
As discussed in another post, we had 9:00 and 9:10 am appointments. Got there at 8:45 with a lot of people in line. We went to the front of the line and asked the person if they had an appointment. Yes, but not until 10:00. The employee heard our conversation and escorted us in to fill out their form. We were both finished and home in Brisas de Chapala by 9:30. Very fast, perhaps because we were first appointments of the day.

sm1mex
We had an appointment also and we told the lady at the entrance desk to check documents. Sent to the back of the line. 🥴
Tingting
The process was quick and efficient. When I went, they took us in time blocks. If I remember correctly, I was in either a tad early or on time. A lot of folks will stand near the entrance until it's their turn, but if you ask what their time is and yours is earlier, they will step back. Either way, it went very smoothly. Floradude
Is there a time of the day that is better.=? Most people seem to be saying they arrive in the morning and there are already lines. Would an afternoon appointment be better?
mexbound
I got my appointment for 9am. There was one guy in line without an appointment. The guy doing the processing asked if I had an appointment and I said yes, 9am and I went right in. I was out at 9:15am.
