Does windier May mean early rain

That is pretty much confirmed if one looks at the chart above for May rainfall over the years.  Average 1.33" but several years from 2-4 inches!  We tend to forget that when guessing when the rainy season 'starts'.   I assume these figures are in Rancho del Oro.
