ibarra
The answer would seem to be yes or you would see them closing. Maybe you should ask about a specific restaurant.

WendyMX
Yes I have had a couple of meals there. Diane who owns Simply Joyful has opened The Bowl - a Mongolian Grill Restaurant - downstairs and at the back of Simply Joyful. You have a list of ingredients that you pick from. 1 protein, 1 starch, 5 vegetables (but you can add more for $20 each). You pick from 5 sauces (Fire Dragon sauce is hot!) and Jesus takes your orders to the grill. Come back with a lovey lunch or dinner. Go Hungry, big portions.
WendyMX
Just as a note the restaurant is located outside and downstairs.
