Seems a stupid question, but in my translating days I went thru a LOT and bought my paper at Office Depot in Guad. For some reason, last 500 sheet pkg came from Office Max and I don't like it. Walmart stuff is awful. Before I add out-of-my-usual-way trip to Office Depot again when doing Costco/Abastos, is there a place locally I can buy decent quality here? Gracias in advance.

A friend who does not use this Board has vein failure in one calf. They told him he needs an EDC. The friend wonders if there is any place Lakeside where he can get it as he hates going into Guadalajara. I will ask at Quality Care also.

She is a 10-year old white Maltese, ten pounds/4+ kilos, last seen on Rio Lerma in Rancho del Oro. Small but fast so she could have covered a good distance by now. Friendly, approachable, loves kisses. Wearing a blue/yellow/red striped collar with white GPS Tile tag. Silver name tag reads Bella and gives both "415" and "650" phone numbers for Mel and Aura, and a California address. She is visiting and not likely to know the way back here. We're having some cabinets made by a local carpenter and we want to select our our pulls and handles, Lakeside. Last January, I bought some hardware for other pieces of furniture and was satisfied. I can't remember the store name but it was a ferretería and I'd be able to find it. It's in Ajijic, mountain side of the Carratera, past the downtown core. I'm looking for other places with even more selection, if there are any, with brushed chrome or nickel hardware would be nice. Thanks

(Since this is not about Real Estate Lakeside, hopefully this Post will be allowed to stay for a while) Whenever the cost of real estate comes up someone invariably suggests that it is surely less here than in San Miguel... "by a lot" is often added. I have spent some time there, as here and more here than there, and I just didn't seem to come up with the same general view.
