I get a discount of 50% on a base amount that does not exceed 500,000 pesos and my total discount on the rest is about 25%....my total house payment after conversion to the USD was 48.00usd and my Aqua bill for the year, which includes Basura was 75.00usd. I always present all my copies with last years billing.

Just to be clear  immigration status and location,  I'm an not trying  to be  nosy just want to  understand  factually,  gracious

  2. I have suffered a nagging  back pain  for years, started  taking a mild opiate  with some success  then a couple  of weeks ago  we purchased  a foam mattress  topper  from Costco. I was thinking  our mattress was too  hard,  bingo 🤗 I have almost no back pain and no drugs, your milage  may very but this guy is a happy camper!

  3. Yes,   I just want to add a person to the ownership of the vehicle we are  not selling the vehicle  just putting  my name on the title, I will go back this next week  and see if the fellow  understands  what we are wanting  to  do. Hopefully  we misunderstood  each other. Thanks for your responses

I think it's possible there was a misunderstanding.  I just looked up the cost to transfer a title from one person to another and it's just a tad over $2,000.

Since you can't pay for anything at the dmv anyway, I  would go to the recaudador on Degollado  and inquire there.

That's  were we went I just call it the DMV. I will return  next week to check  for positive, honestly  I was blown away

  5. Today went to the DMV in chapala  to add my name to the title of our 2016 car and were told it would  be  appropriately  8000. Pesos I about passed out those are higher  than in Chicago,  needless to say we didn't  go ahead but I am amazed at the fee for this simple  service, still shaking  my head ⚠️

  6. In my opinion  a dual  sport  moto is the best way to travel in Mexico  the kawasaki  klr is a economical , cheap to keep  motorcycle the only thing  about the dual sport  bikes is there tallness you need to be somewhat  tall to mount the thing. I am riding  a BMW  street  bike and I wish  it had a little  bit more  suspension, that being  said, just my opinion  ride what you like⚠️

  7. Wife took our car in for testing  today, she shared that it's  not only for pollution  they tested  almost  everything  brakes  looked  to see if spare tire was inflated and many more  items.  When you go to your appointment  have your  car up to snuff or you will get another  appointment. Our car passed (2016) model but she said many did not pass. Maybe they are getting  serious  about safety  as well as the environment fyi, phil
