Piet de pad

Hi I'm looking into my Telmex modem and want to see the parameters for identifying the modem. Normally PPPoE uses a username and password. I don't see any of that in the Modem. The only configurable parameter is that PPPoE should be used for identification. Is this identification kept away from the user and not part of the GUI or the web interface?. Can anyone tell me more about how this modem identifies itself to the Telmex network. Hope some one knows, thanks
