  1. Yes. Thus my reason for inquiring. I don't know of any, guess you don't know of any. A simple throw of the dice to see if someone knows something you/I don't. Not so strange at all, specially in the context of other questions that get asked here.
  2. Lexy Yesterday at 10:45 AM Lexy, What's so confusing? Are you unfamiliar with the term "sous chef"?
  3. Thanks. I'll see check it out.
  4. Or perhaps if there is a restaurant in the area that is known for having excellant soups? T.I.A.
  5. Are there any known sous chefs at an of the local restaurants? If yes, please restaurant and sous chef's name if you happen to know it. Thanks.
  6. Such sales take place all the time. Yes, it is illegal, and like so many other things illegal here that happen all the time. I know of many such sales and I have never heard of anyone getting 'caught' or in trouble. Separately, last I heard, through Spencer's law office, you can arrange a sale of your car to someone who will take it north and resell it, having all the proper paperwork. Further, many motor homes and travel trailers that come here end up getting sold here. Some are still used on the road today even driven back up north, many others end up permanently parked at either Roca Azul or on both Mexicans and Gringos land. There are possible issues, does it have a current TIP? Will the buyer keep the car here or plan to go north? Will you have liability remaining liability? PM me if you'd like to discuss it further without the manslayer's pearls of wisdom.
  7. I went to a local shop that sells phones. Nothing, nowhere special. Have done this twice, last time spent about 1,100p if I remember correctly. You could get a used one, new one, gift from friend, knock over some old timer and steal there's (lots of those around :-), anything is most likely to work.
  8. I used Etafeta's Houston location for years with 98% satifaction. As mentioned above, they will receive and forward immediately, or hold multiple packages to combine (if desired). My last contact info for Houston, info may not be current: Houston Office contact: Mariana Tejeda 713 777 6206 (direct) 1 866 518 6600 (General) Mariana.tejeda@estafetausa.com www.estafeta.com After introducing yourself, you may send boxes to: Estafeta Usa Marianna Tejeda / (your name) 5802 bob bullock loop unit c1 Laredo Tx 78041 You can also skip the Houston office (packages received in Houston are prepared and then travel on to/through a Laredo office) and send directly to the Laredo location, where you may find different pricing. If you know in advance the dimentions, weight and purchase price you can call either/both locations for an estimate. Estafeta Laredo 5802 Bob Bullock Loop # C1 Laredo, TX, 78041-8813 956 717 3435 And, if you're shopping eBay, there's a variation called estafetamembers (eBay items only). You set up and account on line, receive a "box" number unique to you, and then send your eBay purchases there. eBay purchases cannot be combined. You'll receive an email from estafetamembers when they receive a package for you. If there's no purchase/price/invoice info inside you'll be required to send them a copy. There are a few steps involved (via email) to finally get your package on it's way here, but for smaller and lower priced items it may be the least-cost option. www.estafetamembers.com
  9. You are not required to rent a box at iShop in order to recelive your mail through them or use their service(s). You get their address in Laredo and the specific ID number for the either of the local offices, and then use it like your own. When the mail/packages come they won't go into a specific mail box, you just ask at the counter (mail from Laredo) and pay a relatively small fee, which I don't remember specifically, but certainly less than $10 for a letter. I've found them to be quite reliable, friendly and helpful. If you want to send or receive packages, perhaps you can have that done cheaper at one of the other services?
  10. I bought a separate phone here, cheap phone as it really has only one specific purpose for me, receiving these text messages. Don't use it for anything else, but use it often. Sits on my desk always on and plugged in. Each user probably has slightly different needs and will/should set up accordingly. No reason it can't be in a two SIM phone that I know of. If experiencing issues I suggest you contact the eBay seller and ask. I nrrdrd to do that and gt the help I needed.
  11. Thanks for the efforts/info. A nice example of a posting that asked a question, got good answers without unnecessary addons!
  12. Thanks for the replies. Can you say, is it legal to import then? Would it also get through using DHL FedEx and such? Do you have any specific item recommendation for pain control? I have no person experience with these yet...
  13. If any one has current information about the availability locally, or on-line ( or ordering from the USA?) of CBD oil, quality, pricing, I'd appreciate you sharing that information. Thanks.
  14. Didn't ask and don't need your rude reply, regardless if you are possibly having a bad day or just feeling testy. Old age doesn't give you a licence.
