Thank you all for your replies. I gave the burners a good blow out but the real problem was more of a low pressure thing. We had our tank filled and that made a big difference. It lights every time now. Again thanks to all. Cheers,

Hi< I'm new to the board so not sure which catagory to post under. We are new to the area and our home and have a Hearth Sense propane fireplace insert that won't stay lit. It's our first time using it and it came with the home, I'm assuming it's a few years old. Can anyone recommend a place we can take it or a good knowledgable tech who may be able to help? I'll try to upload a couple photos. Thank you.
