Notice to All- Used Scotia ATM on Carretera between Domino's Pizza and Hernandez Realty this morning about 7:30 AM. ATM did not dispense proper amount of pesos requested. Have been having problems with this particular ATM since yesterday afternoon.

As of this morning, there is electrical conduit laid in parts of the trenching to provide for street lights along the Carretera according to one of the English speaking workmen there. Timeline- Unknown.
