I did and I alerted Dr. Leon as well who immediately called the hospital. They had already received the email I sent to the director of radiology. There were no cameras in the dressing room, for obvious reasons, so it really was my word against his and without any evidence it would be wrong to fire him based on someone else's word (and I agree).
It reminds me of that Seinfeld episode where George's dad thinks someone has stolen his wallet when he actually left it at home.
That said, I will avoid Hospital San Antonio for this and other reasons...mainly their gringo pricing. It pays to shop around, which can be difficult if you are in pain. I had a piece of skin cancer removed here a couple of months ago. Dermika wanted WAY too much (something like 25,000p, a doctor in Guad wanted 11,000p and luckily a friend suggested Dr. Rayas in Chapala. Not only was he an excellent surgeon and was able to do the procedure in about 20 minutes, the cost was less than 5000p including medicine.
I have considered starting a website or writing an app that does comparison shopping like GoodRX does in the USA but that is a lot of work and my health issues are infrequent. Long story short, take precautions to guard your belongings and definitely shop around.
Best of luck to everyone.
